This roast pork dinner is made best with the best cuts of Pork either  Prime Rib or Pork loin centre cut giving you a tender moist roast!  This recipe is for a 1.8kg roast, however it can be used on any size just make sure your thermometer reaches 155 degrees.  A 1.8kg roast will take about 2 hours to cook.   Make sure your roast is at room temperature.
